A free taster class, part of OWD
Introducing new members to our weekly Yoga on Tuesday at 6.45pm.
Throughout the one hour Vinyasa Flow class you will be taken through a dynamic, flowing style of yoga. Every class will have a different intention, Pranayama (breathing techniques) and Asana (pose) sequence including Surya Namaskara (sun salutation). All aimed at increasing strength, balance, mind-body connection, focus and enjoyment. During class, where appropriate, assistance and instruction may be given to assist learning and technique. Some classes may have background music. Each week, the class will have a different sequence. Beginners are welcome!
Bring your own mat. (Limited number of mats will be available)
